Plasma Pen Fibroblasting (Plasma Skin Tightening) is a non-surgical skin rejuvenation and tightening treatment that uses a hand-held device to deliver controlled plasma energy to the skin’s surface.
How it works:
Plasma energy creation
The device ionises atmospheric gas between the device tip and the skin, creating a plasma arc (micro-lightning bolt).
This arc never directly touches the skin but creates a small, controlled thermal micro-injury at the surface (epidermis).
Fibroblast stimulation
The targeted micro-injury stimulates fibroblast cells in the dermis.
Fibroblasts are responsible for producing collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid—the key building blocks of youthful skin.
Skin contraction & remodeling
The heat causes immediate tissue contraction (skin tightening effect).
Over the following weeks, a natural wound-healing cascade occurs, triggering neocollagenesis (new collagen formation) and neoelastogenesis (new elastin formation).
This results in smoother, firmer, and tighter skin over 8–12 weeks, with effects that can last 2–3 years.

Please note that a topical anesthetic cream is required for this procedure. Aftercare healing serum is included in the treatment cost. Before the session, your skin will be thoroughly cleansed at the clinic, followed by 45 minutes to allow the anesthetic to take effect.
A completed and signed medical form is required before your appointment. We strongly recommend scheduling a complimentary consultation before booking your treatment. This ensures you are fully informed about the necessary skin preparation, aftercare instructions, and what to expect during the process.
Treatment Longevity
The longevity of your results can vary based on individual health and lifestyle factors. Results typically last between 18 to 24 months, and in some cases, even longer. To maintain optimal skin integrity and extend results, we recommend incorporating active skincare products and scheduling skin treatments at least a few times a year, so we can check on your progress, as you will see improvement over the following 3 months after the procedure, with instant tightening results.
Depending on the patient, their skin and many other factors then some treatments will provide instant results. Others may require more than one treatment to achieve the desired outcome. This treatment can be combined with other treatments to achieve the desired outcome. Consequently, we do not promise that one treatment will always be enough to achieve optimum results. Some results with some patients are, by design, cumulative for the greatest effects to be achieved (if very deep lines and/or significant glycation are present, for example). You may be required to return for additional treatments before your overall procedure is deemed fully complete. The payment for any additional work, if applicable, will always be agreed upon with you before your treatment.
Please Note:
A deposit is required for Plasma treatments due to the cost of the numbing cream and the individualised prescription, which is specific to each client and cannot be transferred to another person. Should you choose not to proceed with the treatment after the prescription has been ordered, the deposit will be retained to cover the costs incurred, including the prescription, consultation time, and preparation. Plasma treatment is a highly technical procedure that involves significant time and resources before, during, and after the treatment to ensure proper care.
